Rental Terms and Conditions

  • Bobcat equipment rentals are available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Longer rental options are available upon request:
    • 8 hours a day
    • 40 hours per week (7 days)
    • 180 hours per month (28 days)
  • Delivery and pickup available – charges are based on distance.
  • Customers may pick up or return equipment during regular business hours with an approved trailer and towing vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license and credit card are required for customers without a current account.
  • The customer is responsible for any and all damages occurring during the rental period.
  • The customer shall provide proof of insurance naming Bobcat of Toronto or Bobcat of Barrie and coverage must be for the full machine value.
  • Optional loss damage waiver available as required.
  • Quoted machine rates include one bucket.
  • Quoted rates do not include taxes, delivery, fuel recovery and/or pickup. Fuel prices fluctuate as the market dictates.
  • Cleaning billed at $135/hour if required.
  • Complete terms and conditions provided on the rental contract at time of the transaction.
