Toronto Rental Territory Manager

We are looking for a customer-oriented, motivated individual to join our professional team as a Rental Territory Manager for the GTA. Reporting to our Toronto East and West locations.

LOCATION:

Bobcat of Toronto – Brampton

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maximize rental revenue from all construction sites within defined territory.
  • Prospect new customers while growing existing accounts via daily and weekly jobsite and office visits.
  • Develop Pipeline of opportunities from CRM. Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
  • Effectively manage and develop customer relationships.
  • Monitor competition products, rates and market conditions.
  • Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the customer service/retail industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
  • Experience in compact construction equipment and related products
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity.
  • Exceptional English language communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and ideally dealership management software
  • Bobcat product knowledge is an asset
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours during normal business hours in support of the business needs.
  • Successful candidates will be self-motivated, personable and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract.
