Service Manager

The Service Manager will effectively plan and manage Bobcat of Toronto – Brampton Dealership’s shop to meet customer expectations. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements of the service operation, as well as helping to set the strategic goals for the service department. The Service Manager is accountable for many different aspects of the service operation including providing leadership, ensuring safety, as well as responsibility for dealer development, training, warranty and technical support.
Dispatcher / Rental Support

As the Dispatcher, you will oversee dispatching for Oaken’s fleet of delivery trucks and third party delivery providers across Oaken’s network of locations. Efficient movement of equipment, parts & attachments is critical to the support of the sales, rentals, service & parts operations at Oaken. As Rental Support, you will be a customer-facing contact for initiating rental contracts, performing outbound communication to rental customers/prospects and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that follows all of Oaken’s rental processes & procedures.
Territory Sales Manager

Heavy Equipment Technician

Field Service Heavy Equipment Technician

The Field Service Technician will cover either the east end of Toronto and part of Durham Region, or the west end of Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton, travelling to customer’s jobsites to diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on a variety of Bobcat equipment and attachments.
